On 17 February, Dean Emeritus Antonio García Padilla, former president of the University of Puerto Rico and president of the Puerto Rican Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation, will give the talk ‘Commonwealth or State of Autonomous Communities: An Outside Perspective’.
Mr García Padilla will discuss the perceived pros and cons of the two systems and their suitability, benefits and drawbacks in terms of business friendliness.
