The CIS International Affairs becomes one of the new members of the network of EuroMeSCo (Euro-Mediterranean Study Commission).   EuroMeSCo is the main network of research centers on policy and security in the Mediterranean. Created in 1996 it aims to promote research, information and social relations between its members and to act as a measure of confidence building in the framework of the Barcelona process. It has a total of 102 institutes from 32 countries of the 43 members of the Union for the Mediterranean.
